Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Southern Mindanao chief Merly Cruz has invited representatives of the Japan External Trade Relations Organization (Jetro) and Philippine National Information Technology Standards (PhilNits) to visit the city for a dialogue with major ICT players here.
