It's been almost a year (!) since I disabled posting of content at the site because of crashing problems in the host server. My web host was actually able to fix the problem immediately but I put off enabling the users' ability to post since I couldn't attend to the concerns of the site because of other commitments. But I now have more time on my hands (hopefully) so I am now again enabling of posting content.
