Requirements:

* A strong command of written and spoken English and Tagalog required.
* A strong grasp of general knowledge, current affairs and pop culture required. In addition, candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the Philippines.
* Experience with Internet-based community services and applications as such as social networking, blog communities, forums, message boards and online gaming and services.
* Demonstrated experience in analysing metrics and data.
* Experience with customer acquisition strategies.
* Strong communication, public-speaking and presentation skills.
* Strong customer focus with extensive experience with consumer marketing and competitive analysis.
* 2-5 years of product management/community administration experience.
* Bachelor’s degree.
