Finally! My Google AdSense PIN came this morning. Actually called the Quezon City Post office the other day to inquire if the AdSense PIN letter had already arrived since I had been expecting it since September (it was sent around last week of August). The post office supervisor said he would have to talk to our mailman. And around noon, the mailman who’s assigned to our street finally came, and he said that the letter just came yesterday. I’m not sure if this is the letter from my second request or from the first one sent to me (I asked for another around last month I think). At any rate, I immediately entered the PIN and it was successfully accepted.

Serendipitously, I read, via my Bloglines subscription, Marc Macalua’s post about AdSense checks being stolen, so I immediately changed my payment method to Secured Express Delivery with a $24.00 Processing Fee (I think DHL is the official courier). I figured the fee was worth the security and peace of mind, and the check would get here faster. I had already requested before for payment in Philippine currency — peso — since encashing the check would be faster. I’m so happy and inspired to continue earning through Google AdSense, that is, I am inspired to increase the traffic of my sites. Will post more frequently and post more useful content. Cheers!
