    * Above Average in HTML
    * MySQL database functions
    * Intermediate to advance experience in Linux administration
    * Had an Extensive professional experience coding PHP
    * Strong background in PHP / mySQL is a MUST
    * Experience in developing Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
    * PERL background is a PLUS
    * Background in mobile application ia s definite advantage
    * Above average english skills both oral and written
    * Required language(s): English, Filipino
