Animation studios, production houses, design studios, schools and universities, training institutes, animators, multimedia specialists, and web masters are invited to join and submit entries to the
6th Animation Competition held during the 12th Graphic Expo 2007 on June 6-9, 2007.

Categories and Levels:

*Amateur/Student Level
*Professional Level

Contest Rules:

*Participants can use any 3D animation software to develop an animation entry.
*The theme of the animation contest is: 'The Filipinos at War'.
*Animation concept should be original, entertaining, wholesome, no use of logos and brand names, no use of foul words and language.
*Running time for the animation entry should be maximum of two (2) minutes for Amateur/Student Level and three (3) minutes for Professional Level.
*Entries should include concept and story board, name of company/school/training institutes, contact person, telephone, fax, email, and mobile number.
*Copyright infringement will not be allowed and list of sources of audio-video materials used should be submitted with the entries.
*Entries should be submitted in CD Rom format using Quick Time with 800 x 600 resolution, no compression. Audio format should be in 44khz 16 bits stereo.
*Final entries will be submitted on May 15, 2007.

Judging of Entries and Criteria:

*Judging will be scheduled on May 25, 2007.
*Awarding and announcement of winners will take place during the Formal Opening Ceremonies of Graphic Expo on June 06, 2007.
*Criteria for final judging: content (20%), technical skill (20%), innovation (20%), artistic merit (20%), originality & creativity of concept (20%).

Prizes: (for each Categories/Level)

*Grand Winner - P12,000.00
*Ist Runner Up - P 8,000.00
*2nd Runner Up - P 5,000.00
